Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Working with the Supply Chain leaders in the creation and implement of strategic projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders in defining and mapping key customer\supply chain processes. Identifying areas of improvements. Creation of tactical plans identified as part of process mapping.
• Establishment of cross function project planning process to establish buy-in and resource allotment.
• Lead project status meetings with business partners and cross functional teams, to generate action plans and maintain project schedules.
• Assign project tasks and timing to teams based on project goals and schedule. Update to project plans based on available resources, budget and alterations in priorities.
• Receive up to the minute project updates/feedback and distribute to appropriate team(s) to action. Provide ongoing project status to internal business partners.
• Provide visibility to supply chain leaders on key blockers timely completion of project plans.
• Work closely with analytics team to identify key insights into opportunities and the overall success of the projects under their purview.
Competencies and skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Certification in Project Management
• 5+Years’ experience with project management
• Experience in use of project management software such as Smartsheet and MS Project.
• A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to complete multi-faceted project plans ontime.
• Familiar with process documentation to be able to easily visualize complicated.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of direction or oversight
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Communicate effectively among peers and senior management
• Ability to think creatively & strategically, with strong business mindset
• Proficient the use of analytic tools to gather insight into data
