　　Description:

　　Monday-Thursday

　　-Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery

　　-Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements

　　-Understands, interprets and edits G-code programming

　　-Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling

　　-Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets

　　-Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery

　　-Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures

　　Setting-up and operating a CNC mill

　　Reads and interprets blueprints

　　Code adjustments

　　Holding tolerances to the 1000th

　　Working with aluminum

　　Haas and Fanuc machines

　　Loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery

　　Uses gauges, micrometers and calipers to preform quality checks

　　Understands, interprets and minor edits G-code programming

　　Set up CNC Mills

　　Perform tool wear offsets

　　Daily and regular cleaning of CNC equipment

　　Light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery

　　Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions

　　Performing part measurement and gauging
