　　This is SUCH an exciting opportunity for a super motivated, agile Project Manager who LOVES working in a fast-paced organization with multi-project, cross-functional responsibility. HBI’s Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams and key stakeholders, providing project administration and support across HBI, supporting Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product development and launch, and much more.

　　To be successful in this role, you will have deep experience in

　　Successful multi-project management experience in a fast-paced DTC environment with a Consumer Good Product.

　　Robust Technical Knowledge!  Utilize project management software to own, manage, and move HBI projects forward.

　　Experience coordinating resources, allocating time, reporting on status, providing updates, communicating changes, establishing timelines, and monitoring budgetary restrictions.

　　Experience identifying Risks and creating aversion strategies

　　Emotional Intelligence- excellent communication, persuasive skills, and sensitivity in managing team relationships.

　　Ability to pivot, change, and adapt projects as required while  prioritizing and delegating

　　PMP Certification, PM office creation, and supplement experience are a HUGE plus!

　　What You'll Get to Work On

　　Types of Projects:

　　Product Launches and Product Development, Compliance initiatives, Finance projects, and Marketing and People Operations related projects.

　　Help create processes for project governance, service requests, project plans, and schedules, coordinate resources, track progress and risk management, and deliver projects that are complete, on time, and under budget.

　　Show us what you know:

　　The project manager will be able to put their "best practices" foot forward by collaborating with our current in-house project managers and establishing HBI's project management organization. This role will guide the conception, development, and execution of guidelines and templates for repeatable processes for the project management group and HBI projects.

　　Qualifications We Seek

　　6+ years experience in companywide, FULL PROJECT LIFECYCLE, Project Management

　　A great communicator who knows how to communicate with various stakeholders AND cross-functional teams.

　　Experience working effectively with remote teams

　　Experience in resource management

　　WRIKE experience, preferably, or other PM software managing full cycle projects f ," rom inception to delivery.

　　Experience establishing a PM department from scratch and creating processes, procedures, and service level agreements highly desired but not required.

　　Must reside in the USA and be able to work for any employer without restrictions.

　　Hours of Operation are 9:00-6:00 PM CST.  

　　This is a full-time, 100% REMOTE W2 role, and the compensation range is between $60-90K plus benefits and a performance-based bonus.
