Currently we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our Process Engineering Group.  You would be involved in developing and managing projects including studies and design of wastewater and water treatment systems. This position also entails the development and management of asset management plans. We’re looking for team players who are motivated and capable of managing staff to provide quality work to meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities: * Project management and engineering of water and wastewater treatment projects including studies, preliminary and final design, permitting, and construction oversight. * Assemble project team and plan, direct, and coordinate activity to effectively achieve project goals. * Develop scopes of work for projects. * Work with clients to develop projects and prepare proposals. * Monitor and control project budgets and schedules. * Develop and maintain client relationships. * Build and monitor backlog working with the group manager and other project managers to maintain steady workflow. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. * 10+ years of related experience is desired. * A PE registration in Michigan. * Experience with the study, planning, design and project management of water and wastewater treatment projects. * Proven experience in client management, preparing and meeting budgets and schedules. * Experience in funding agency coordination and project permitting. * Proven track record of preparing and meeting budgets/schedules. * Proven experience in relationship development and proposal preparation. * Experience in treatment plant project construction administration and field review. Construction management experience also desirable. * Familiarity with Municipal, Township and County government practices and regulations. * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
