The ProjectManager, Implementation TPA/Employer (IPMT) is a highly motivatedprofessional with at least 3 years of successful project managementexperience interfacing with TPA and/or employer type clients to manageprojects that could include but is not limited to transitioning clientsto Navitus from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs,and facilitating a change in vendor relations. The position isresponsible for building an early relationship with the clients so theylearn to trust us and have confidence that their transition needs willbe successfully met as seamlessly as possible. The IPMT must have strongrelationship skills to be able to work with not only the client teammembers, but also with the subject matter experts within Navitus whichwill be key to a successful implementation. Excellent communicationskills are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept wellinformed of the requirements, any changes, progress status and anypotential issues. The IPMT will additionally be responsible forsupporting other client projects as needed and lead and contributetowards team goals. Is this you? Find out more below! How do I make animpact on my team? Prepare for and facilitate a new TPA or employerclient Kick-off Meeting for the purposes of requirements gathering anddiscovery Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis tobest determine the appropriate requirements to ensure a smooth andsuccessful implementation Ensure all requirements are documented in thestandard project templates and tools and then obtain approval from theClient before initiating builds Create and maintain a high-level projectplan Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the projectand report back to internal management and subject matter team membersand the Client using weekly status report formats Assist with escalatedclient issues, member issues, project issues, etc. as identified orrequested by the client through direct support or through the support ofthe Navitus subject matter experts assigned to the project Providego-live support either through remote access or...
