The ProjectManager, Implementation TPA/Employer (IPMT) is a highly motivatedprofessional with at least 3 years of successful project managementexperience interfacing with TPA and/or employer type clients to manageprojects that could include but is not limited to transitioning clientsto Navitus from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs,and facilitating a change in vendor relations. The position isresponsible for building an early relationship with the clients so theylearn to trust us and have confidence that their transition needs willbe successfully met as seamlessly as possible. The IPMT must have strongrelationship skills to be able to work with not only the client teammembers, but also with the subject matter experts within Navitus whichwill be key to a successful implementation. Excellent communicationskills are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept wellinformed of the requirements, any changes, progress status and anypotential issues.
