Job Description

　　An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

　　10-15 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Senior Functional SME for Banking products

　　• Understanding of Treasury Operations

　　• Understanding the banking business and functionalities across various banking products.

　　• Ability to understand, discuss with bank on banking requirements for Indian banks. Ability to discuss and finalize the broad level solutions which can be provided in FLEXCUBE Retail along with associated limitations and assumptions if any. Ability to grasp the operational process flow and suggest suitable recommendations for making it efficient

　　• Ability to articulate and discuss requirements with Development team to arrive an optimum solution

　　• Business Analysis for the Bank’s requirement

　　• Preparation of Functional specification document for Customization.

　　• Ability to discuss with Development on providing optimum solution to the customer to satisfy his business needs with the least customization

　　• Ability to write/review in-depth test plans

　　• Functional Testing of the Customizations developed

　　• Adherence to Oracle internal processes

　　• Working with different internal stake holders in Oracle

　　• Working with customer and partners for delivery of Oracle Deliverables

　　• Should be available to travel for implementation and preferred to be able to support implementation @ customer site in long term.
