The Red Gate Group is seeking a Project Manager I to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OSD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech). In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin facilitating seamless interactions between OSD ManTech, Service, and Defense Agency ManTech Programs. Your expertise will drive the coordination of cross-cutting technologies, fostering innovation with the potential to enhance the entire Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise.
As a key contributor, you will support the Manufacturing Science and Technology Program (MSTP) Program Manager in overseeing existing Defense Manufacturing Science and Technology (DMS&T) projects and other Service/Agency ManTech initiatives. Your responsibilities include the development of project topics and vetting project ideas for cross-cutting applicability, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Your impact extends to coordinating stakeholder meetings for OSD ManTech, Service, and Defense Agency ManTech Programs, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. Required Experience & Skills
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor of Science (BS) in a business-related field (e.g., Management, Marketing) from an accredited college or university is required with three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated business acumen pertaining to government financial procedures and practices.
Basic understanding of government communications and marketing support.
