A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Develops business cases and operational implementation plans alongside multi-disciplinary groups, utilizing various sources.* Collaborates with Regional Development leadership and business owners to lead and facilitate program development.* Analyzes market, affiliate, and innovation strategy data to build a variety of strategic plans. Facilitates implementation activities resulting from approved plans.* Leads process improvement and standardization initiatives as identified by Regional Development Leadership, implementing innovative solutions to increase healthcare accessibility, integration and experience for pediatric partners and patients across the state of Ohio and beyond.* Assists in the maintenance and growth of the regional affiliate network through management of discreet projects and initiatives.* Collaborates with Data Resource Center to develop and maintain point and click dashboards for key markets, regularly monitors and reports relevant market trends to Regional Development leadership.* Leverages hospital and community data to track outcomes and measure impact of affiliate services and growth initiatives.* Maintains Regional Development Scorecards and reports findings and trends to Regional Development leadership.Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function.
