　　We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee technical support for a diverse team throughout all project stages, from concept to completion. This includes actively managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, external vendors, contractual deliverables, reviewing plans and technical documents, addressing queries related to project scope and timing, and closely monitoring project costs and progress.

　　What factors contribute to your success in this position?

　　You must possess the ability to oversee resources and expenses for designated projects, which includes managing staff, contractors, materials/parts, and budgets. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define project scope and objectives.

　　What we are looking for:

　　3-5 years of project management experience in commercial HVAC installation and retrofit projects.

　　Associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.

　　PMP a plus.

　　Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry.

　　Strong computer skills

　　Must be authorized to work in US.

　　Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.

　　Government badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.
