Kforce's client, a well-established multi-plant manufacturing operation located in the Zeeland, MI area is looking to add an Assistant Controller to their accounting team. This company offers a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities:

　　Coordinates, consolidates, and analyzes financial plans and projections and provides information to management under minimal direction

　　As an Assistant Controller, you will analyze and interpret actual performance to plan, explains key variances, and makes recommendations for action

　　Assist with month end closing, year-end audits, ad-hoc requests, and other corporate mandates

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience preferably within a manufacturing environment

　　CPA and/or MBA a plus

　　Must be comfortable working with multiple levels of the organization and presenting to senior plant leadership as well as corporate leadership

　　Self-starter, go-getter, strong communication skills to work with operations

　　Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and analysis

　　Strongly prefers a manufacturing industry background

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
