Infosys is seeking a AVEVA MES Engineer . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. 　　Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. 　　Extensive knowledge of Aveva MES System integration experience with Aveva Excellent communicator and problem solving oriented. Proven skills with ink jet coder and print and apply systems Support Super users by working onsite at manufacturing Plants Provide functional knowledge of the latest solution release. Provide support to enable the super users to become Self sufficient in the system operations. Provide guidance to support & address End user queries. Supporting Super user in other Project deliverables such as Data Collection exercises, User Acceptance Testing, Data Validation, Data Cleansing queries and Cut Over tasks & Hypercare activities Work closely with the Core Solution Team for functional topics. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs
