Part Time Gallery and Studio Attendant

　　HOURS: Saturday, Sunday, Monday with weekday flexibility. MUST be able to consistently Sat, Sun, Mon.

　　WAGE: $20/hr

　　DUTIES:

　　Join a new gallery and studio complex in downtown Lewistown! Makers on Broadway is hiring a part-time Gallery and Studio Attendant. This part time position (21 hours a week) requires customer service and retail experience. Qualified candidates will have experience with routinecleaning and maintenance, cash handling, excellent customer service skills, and be courteous, professional, and timely with reliable transportation. Requires the use of a computer, POS system, and website builders. Ability to handle fragile objects and artwork a must. Employee will supervise a retail gallery space and semi-public art studios, including a woodshop,silversmithing studio, and clay studio.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, more days possible.

　　Ability to lift 50 lbs.

　　Ability to use a ladder safely.

　　Proficient in Google Suite

　　Cash management.

　　Customer service and experience working with the public.

　　Excellent communicator in writing, over the phone, and in-person.

　　Experience with fine art handling, shipping, and sales a bonus.
