Description:
Traveling PM supporting large data center projects. This is primarily an Owners Rep role because they aren't managing the day to day construction; they are managing the communication from owner to client, contractors, engineers, etc.
• Providing on-site representation to facilitate information exchange and timely responses;
• Removing roadblocks in the RFI, Submittal and change management processes;
• Establishing clear lines of communication;
• Facilitating collaborative efforts to prioritize Project deliverables in support of the construction schedule;
• Improving administrative processes to support Project needs, while maintaining consistency with Owner’s program;
