Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Juno Beach, FL.Job Overview:In this role, you will engage with multiple business units and teams to collaboratively delivery key projects and strategic initiatives. This individual will apply the project management skills and techniques they have acquired to guide teams to deliver features with high velocity and top quality.Job Duties Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate project planning, PI planning, collaboration and requirement gathering sessions, project roadmap and status updates

Facilitate collaboration for both internal and external teams, identifying risk, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies

Work closely with team members and stakeholders in preparation for project activities and events

Make appropriate and realistic commitments

Use tools to prepare, communicate, and share project KPI's, metrics and delivery results

Working closely with Product Owner(s), leaders and managers to help create product roadmaps, coach the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlog

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams in line with strategic business objectives and organization guidelines

Plan and track all project activities using Jira, Structure, Teams, SharePoint, and other project management tools

Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects and ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented

Manage and support the project prioritization and intake process

Apply critical thinking skills for decision-making

Use analytical skills for risk detection and mitigation

Manages project team and stakeholder expectations

SAFe Agile; SDLC experience

PMP Project Management essentials

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
