About ThisOpportunity The Project Manager will lead and engage internal andexternal team members toward the successful execution and completion ofthe project. This position will create and execute project work plansand revise as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.The Project Manager will lead project teams by managing all aspects ofthe assigned projects. What You Will Do Coordinate with GFS sales,assigned core team members, and other cross-functional departments asrequested to create a project that will meet customer expectations. Thisrequires knowledge and utilization of customer specifications and othercontract documents. Participate in customer and owner coordinationmeetings. Participate in a large buy out selection and procurement Serveas the project liaison to our client and organizes project meetings withinternal and external team members. Develop and maintain the projectschedule and ensures project documents are complete, current, and storedappropriately. Manage the project budget, monitor project progress, andpercent of completion. Participate in sub-contractor selection andcoordination, assist with contract review and negotiations. Helpdetermine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurateinvoicing, and monitor receivables for the project. Performs otherduties as assigned What You Have to Offer Bachelor\'s Degree in ProjectManagement, Construction Management or related field 5-7 years ofexperience in project management or equivalent combination of educationand experience Ability to work with limited supervision and the abilityto travel as projects demand.
