This is a job that requires you to be a self-starter, to be able to work with others in all areas, to prioritize, and to be able to keep more than one job running each day.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Keeping detailed records of all products that come into the shop to be processed.Keeping track of all finished products that leave the shop and turning in the shipping orders to the Executive Director for billing purposes.Keeping a folder for each job with itemized details of who does each aspect of each job.Ordering and arranging pick up or delivery of finished products.Checking all delivered products to make sure the bill of lading matches what is delivered and organizing the warehouse to house all products.Assigning staff and certified employees to each job and making sure they are doing what is asked of them throughout the day.Stepping in wherever needed to help in that job area if one is falling behind or somebody calls in.Encouraging both staff and certified employees to work to their best potential.The duties listed above are not meant to be all-inclusive, but to give you a guideline of what is expected of you each day.
