Nexeo HR is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a long-term position. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills with high energy. The project manager is the in house representative responsible to coordinate between the company,contractors,clients,and install teams to make sure jobs are completed on time,and accurately.

　　Responsibilities

　　   Coordinate with clients,contractors,and installers and provide excellent customer service.

　　   Document and update systems with project details.

　　   Coordinate client projects and verify they are completed on time.

　　   Communicate with the Sales team when orders are completed.

　　   Solve issues with clients and be responsible that projects are being completed.

　　Qualifications

　　   Microsoft Office experience; must be proficient in Word,Excel,and PowerPoint.

　　   Must have excellent written communication skills. Email is an important part of the job.

　　   Must have great customer service skills.

　　   Must be able to manage multiple things and work quickly to keep clients organized and happy.

　　   Must be good at documenting and updating systems.

　　   Must be highly organized.

　　   Must be able to get direct feedback and high energy is very important.

　　Pay

　　$20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

　　Schedule

　　Day Shift | 8:00am 4:00pm | Monday Friday
