　　Responsibilities and Duties:

　　Technical Project Manager Role 5+ years of Project/Program manager experience (Waterfall + Agile/Scrum) Previous Contact Center, telephony, or voice infrastructure experience is a plus. Genesys Engage / CloudCX experience is a nice to have. Previous experience leading large scale programs/projects that include multiple Project Managers working towards one final deliverable. Should display excellent qualities to influence decisions. Excellent communication skills Proactive Hardworking Self Learner Ability to influence others Ability to drive projects toward completion Ability to jump over impediments quickly Creative thinking and problem solving Has experience keeping large cross functional projects organized Eagerness and drive to succeed
