　　Job Title: Technical Lead/Consultant - Windchill PLM with Medical domain

　　Location: Pittsburgh, Cleveland (WFO or Hybrid model) Strong understanding of Medical Devices Industry Design Control practices with insights into regulatory, change control, Product Configuration, compliances, and other advanced areas - FDA submission, EU-MDR, Medical regulations. Demonstrated skills in understanding BOM, Document Management, and Change Management implementations. 8-10 years of Windchill implementation or Deployment experience desired, with at least 5 years in Functional role in the US Experience with CAD PDM, PLM-ERP Integrations, and PLM Core Platform. Demonstrated Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field desired Ability to facilitate workshops and arrive at key decisions with key users, IT experts, and Business process leaders POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Works closely with stakeholders to develop a detailed scope of work, schedule, and execution plan for engagements. Facilitate and document blueprinting and mapping sessions with customers for PLM, Change Management, and Migrations Analyze requirements and contribute to the design of PTC solutions to complex customer requirements. Develop user stories, functional and technical requirements for PLM, Change Management, and Migrations Produce technical specifications for customizations and system integrations. Design and execute implementations for PDM, PLM, Change Management, and Migrations, Process Validation - IQ, OQ, PQ Work closely with project managers ensuring project scope is meant and change control is initiated as needed. Provide best practices for user acceptance testing, training, design, documentation, and delivery efforts. Identify new opportunities in existing accounts as gaps become evident during service delivery. Participate in pre-sales demos and training to customers as required. Mentor and collaborate with services team members on design, documentation, and implementations. Supports the project team and customers with advanced technical questions and solutions. Record and resolve project issues and escalate where necessary. Monitor project task progress and identify project risks and mitigation plans. Designing & developing business solutions, working with business process owners, department heads, functional groups, I.T and others in the client ecosystem Face-to-face interaction with clients to design solutions that address application gaps or facilitate system interaction between commercial solutions and the client's existing applications. Engages in regular conversations with project sponsors on their digital thread journey and opportunities for growth.
