　　Job Requirements

　　Good organization skills and notetaker. Good communications skills. Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Visio and Cisco Webex meetings. Familiar with creating flow charts. Comfortable with principles of project management.

　　Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities

　　1. Onboarding project resources and facilitate communications

　　2. Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms accordingly

　　3. Align with vendor to schedule and record design sessions

　　4. Take attendance and notes with P66 meeting template

　　5. Download recorded sessions from V-Brick and upload to SharePoint in MP4 format

　　6. Assist with data entry of Action Items and Dependencies post design sessions from meeting notes

　　7. Follow up with track lead on Action Items

　　8. Update outdated documents and upload files to One CLM SharePoint, i.e. Flowcharts, tables aligning track leads with Business Units

　　9. Provide support to Project team members as needed
