Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the projectare met, enhancing customer satisfaction.The Opportunity:Work as part of a cross-functional agile development team in all phases ofdevelopment and production supportCollaborate with other development and engineering teams in building,deploying, and monitoring services.Define and implement industry-standard coding practices in the appropriateprogramming languages.Perform improvement activities, code review, code optimization, andquery tuning.Discuss user stories with the rest of the team and provide technical inputwhen necessary.Perform peer reviews on source code to ensure reuse, scalability, and theuse of best practices.Maintain thorough and well-written documentation at a high project level, aswell as at the coding level.Lead and manage complex projects and programs, focusing on innovation andefficiency.Work closely with business groups, and technical teams, includingarchitects, to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.Clearly communicate business priorities to partners in tech, design, andcontrolsDevelop and manage your product roadmap and drive prioritization of featureswhile balancing customer and business impacts.Lead product development by working with Engineering and Design to drive teamceremonies, such as refinement, sprint planning, and product reviews.Leverage data to understand user behavior and shape product roadmap.Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translatingtechnical details into business language.Drive project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Implement best practices in project and program management.Hybrid-In office/remoteThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typicallyassociated with the performance of the position.
