Job Description Summary

　　We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with capital equipment project experience, to manage a number software upgrade works for BD ROWA, BD PYXIS and Alaris systems across 200+ customer sites.

　　This role is to support growth across some of our key markets in Hospital and Retail pharmacy. Open to candidates from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

　　Job Description

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Managing large projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project's objectives across approx. 200 customers, nationwide.Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teamsProvide support to Customers in the design, delivery and knowledge transfer of BD Medication Management Solutions Product upgrades and implementations to existing and prospective customers.Collaborate with colleagues to grow the BD Medication Management Solutions Product business and contribute to developing a best in class implementation team.Drive all technical, application, installation and training elements of BD Medication Management Solutions Product upgrades and implementations to meet project timelines and established revenue objectives which may involve hands on approach at times.

　　Skills and Experience:

　　Demonstrated Project Management experience across Healthcare and Clinical IT Projects would be advantageousDemonstrated experience managing multiple moving pieces across projectsStrong stakeholder management to meet business expectations.Professional communication skills with the ability to lead project working groups from BD, Customer and external Vendors.Ability to identify timeline risks that may hinder completion and handover dates (Critical)Customer focusedSelf-starter; able to work alone and as part of a teamDetail-oriented, organized and can creatively, within the frameworkDegree qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related qualificationProject Management Professional (PMP) ® certification or similar qualification. Experience using 'Smartsheet' would be advantageous. Any other Project management software would also be a bonus
