Description:

　　Assist clients in the project development and project management of renewable energy projects throughout the project life cycle – from development to construction, to operational hand-off

　　Assist in business development efforts to grow business, including client relations, proposal development, and attendance at conferences and workshops

　　Develop plans and estimates for projects, including equipment and construction pricing, labor rates and schedules, and productivity estimates

　　Establish and review construction budgets, maintain construction schedules, review work scopes, and review and respond to RFIs, submittals and change orders

　　Coordinate external bidding process required to procure goods and services necessary for all phases of project execution, including preparation of bid packages, evaluation of proposals, contract negotiations, and recommendations to management

　　Support project developers in developing projects and assist risk management as requested to secure power-off take arrangements, financing agreements, equity acquisition agreements, and requests for proposals related to the projects/sites for which the Project Manager is responsible

　　Work in partnership with development teams to assure a seamless transition of sites into the construction phase

　　Provide leadership for on-site project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

　　Perform commercial and technical contract reviews for construction and procurement contract

　　Review, comment on, and negotiate project change orders

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　7-10 years within construction in the renewable energy space

　　At least 3-4 years acting as a project manager on wind projects

　　This does NOT include internship experience or overseas experience

　　PMP Preferred

　　Must be immediately local: This is an on-site role and an immediate need

　　No relocation unless currently transitioning to the area

　　Must have valid driver's license and SSC
