　　H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Program Management Support for the Navys Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education initiatives including strategy, deployment, payroll, and organizational change management. Areas of oversight and management of activities will support a specific workstream, i.e. Program and Policy Analysis, Analysis and Assessment of the Navys recruiting, manpower, personnel, training and education strategic initiatives, or strategic management.
