Project Coordinator/Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 11-12 months Job Description: Dept: SF, CRM & Service Integ Engagement Description: Assist the Deliver Leadership in managing projects of varying size and complexity. Assistance includes maintaining work plans in MS Project, maintaining issue / risk logs in SharePoint, analyzing and monitoring financials, documenting change controls and helping with meeting facilitation and minutes. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Project, Excel 5 Years Strong mathematical and analytical skills for financial computing & tracking 5 Years Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint 5 Years Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative / project support experience. Minimum of 4-5 years of financial and metrics reporting experience Experience in the financial aspects of a project (estimation, forecasting, etc.) Strong mathematical skills High proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and timeframes. Ability to interact effectively with client representatives at various levels.
