We are seeking an Account Services Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry located in Milwaukie, Oregon. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves managing customer accounts and handling various accounting and administrative tasks. This position acts as a hub between the sales and accounting team and would be a great position for an individual that enjoys variety in their day. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer accounts within the database

• Ensure prompt setup of customer accounts

• Regularly post payments to customer accounts

• Respond to customer requests while managing multiple tasks

• Participate in various supportive projects as part of the team

• Maintain positive and detail-oriented communication with team members, customers, and vendors

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for various accounting functions

• Provide assistance to customers regarding their accounts

Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience required.

Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to document customer communications effectively.

Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft products.
