Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

This manager position will report to the Director of Global Operations Excellence. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages, schedules, and prepares status reports.

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives .

Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Management , Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field

Highly organized

Detail- oriented

Minimal travel required but should expect a few times per year

Preferred Qualifications:

Aerospace, manufacturing, or related experience – 5+ years

Process management experience a plus

Lean and / or Six Sigma experience a plus

Ability to influence and facilitate progress with teams

Ability to oversee projects with teams Skilled at building presentations / pitches
