Overview:

　　One of the top Civil Engineering firms in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Water Resources Civil Engineer to join the team in Center City Philly. The Water Resources Civil Engineer will execute technical work assignments on Water Resources jobs within Land Development/Municipal engineering projects individually or as part of a project team under the direction of a professional engineer. Job Description:

　　The Civil Engineer executes technical work assignments on water resources engineering projects individually or as part of a project team.

　　Responsible for managing water resources projects from start to finish, and handling the day-to-day tasks that accompany representing a municipal authority.

　　Provide design services for water and wastewater facilities.

　　Assist with preparing Federal and State regulatory permit applications and plans.

　　Assist with preparing bid plans and specifications.

　　Compose letters, memoranda, reports, applications and studies.

　　Perform site investigations, construction observation and field reconnaissance.

　　Review private development plans for compliance with applicable authority water and sewer standards.

　　Assist Project Manager to establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients, subcontractors, etc.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, or related Engineering field.

　　EIT or PE strongly preferred.

　　Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Revit.

　　At least 1+ year of relevant industry experience.
