About Project Management Process & Systems Lead

  Note - This is a fully remote position

  Position Summary:

  This position provides overall administrator responsibility over the project management software & database to ensure the integrity of data inputs & process flow of initiatives. The PM Process & System Lead role supports the completion of projects contributing to top line business growth. Responsibility also includes providing project management system support regarding order logging and change request entries. Strong communication skills in working with cross-functional teams through system & process roadblocks that would impede execution progress are required. Demonstrated ability to develop, conduct training and influence adoption of systems usage amongst cross- functional areas is needed. The successful candidate will serve as an example for best-in-class program management support via collaborative engagement.

  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve project management processes.

  • Develop and update training materials to ensure the effective implementation of process improvements.

  • Act as administrator of project management system via leading project gate movement, general functionality and team member support

  • Developing training materials to create comprehensive guides for project management processes and systems.

  • Provide training and support to team members for optimal utilization of project management software.

  • Regularly update documentation and training materials to align with process changes and improvements.

  • Lead as the main bridge between the project managers and other departments to ensure seamless use of project management system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and project management best practices, incorporating your knowledge into training materials and process documentation.

  • Ensure forms and records to document project activities are properly maintained.

  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion regarding project management system.

  • Periodic travel may be required.
