　　We're looking for an Intern to work in our Project Management team in China

　　You must be an ungraduated university student major in engineering, English or relevant fieldsThe starting date of this internship is relatively flexible but should have a duration of mini. 4 months, better 6 months, 4~5 working days per weekGood command of Chinese and EnglishGood communication skills, good PC skills especially of office tools, details-orientation, open mind-set and reliableQuick learner and able to deal with multi-tasks What will you do?

　　Support the project management team in a multitude of different tasks connected to the following:

　　Customer visit organizationPrototypes managementReimbursement registrationSupport timing control: updating and follow-up of existing time schedulesSupport project documentation and organization: Actively handling the project document filing and update, meeting minutes, meeting agenda, project reports, documentation of decisions, maintain online teamwork platforms, assisting in the organization of meetings.Translation works: Chinese-English, English-Chinese for technical documents, but also during meetingsSupport cost controlling and improvementComplete other tasks assigned by department leader What will you gain from Internship?
