As Belgium & Luxembourg Project Operations Director, you will be responsible for the Belgium and Luxembourg Project, Program and Principal Delivery for Enterprise Accounts with a revenue of circa 15 million USD. You will deliver exceptional client service, achieving rapid and sustainable growth, providing statutory compliance and governance and providing direction and development to all employees.
The role will focus primarily on Project delivery services. Sales expertise and sector vertical subject matter expertise. You will provide leadership to a dynamic and rapidly growing team of circa 10 project professionals based across a number of client dedicated and variable accounts.
Role Purpose
The Belgium and Luxembourg EA Projects Team Lead is responsible for a $15 Million business unit serving EA Clients within Belgium and Luxembourg. You will lead a dynamic and rapidly growing team of circa 10 project professionals. The role provides leadership and takes accountability for the delivery of services and growth of a number client accounts. Managing revenue and profitability is a key part of the role and great emphasis will be placed on the delivery of innovative solutions to secure long term growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the Belgium and Luxembourg agency Project, Principal and Programme Management business serving Enterprise accounts year on year.
Lead the implementation and continued development of CBRE’s client base, products and services, culture and behaviours so that the BU exceeds the growth and financial targets of the Company through exceptional client service and exceptional people
Leading the expansion of Project services into existing clients within Belgium & Luxembourg.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the Projects through membership of the Enterprise Leadership Team
Developing, nurturing and maintaining positive client relationships while understanding client expectations and advocating on behalf of clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Solution selling of innovate delivery models to new and existing clients
Liaise with all other parts of the Projects business to ensure sharing of client opportunities and leverage of specialist skillsets within LfM and Advisory project sectors.
Leading the business unit team in their establishment of client driven project goals & objectives allowing them to continuously manage their clients’ expectations with their team members and other stakeholders
Own the Operating Model for the BU, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Drive a world class level of employee engagement and relentlessly develop talent within the business.
Act as a corporate citizen, working collaboratively with other business leaders to achieve Company targets, develop talent and succession plans and present a joined-up approach to clients
Act as a role model so that the CBRE culture and behaviours are embedded in the Division, leading by example.
Requirements
Civil Engineer (architect) or Industrial Engineer
10-15 years’ experience of successfully delivering projects in corporate environment
Fluent in Dutch, French and English (orally and written)
Proven track record in sales to demonstrate growing and commercially managing a business unit
Experience delivering on multi-million dollar capital projects within the real estate sector
Experience and skills in understanding, developing and maintaining client relationships, including networking to develop market place opportunities
Strong presentation skills and proven ability to secure new business
Experience and understanding of the complexities of working across the EMEA region
Demonstrable leadership and people skills
Analytically minded with strong financial and numerical skills
Entrepreneurship and flair for innovation
Proficient in common application software (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Travel will be required
