About the Department
The Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes Chicago (ECHO-Chicago)is an innovative workforce development model designed to \'moveknowledge, not patients\' to strengthen delivery of community-basedprimary care so that patients receive the right care, at the rightplace, at the right time. ECHO leverages high-grade videoconferencinglike Zoom, to bring together subject matter experts from academicmedical centers or other specialty sites of care and community-basedproviders to engage in curriculum driven training and telementoring thatfocuses on building providers\' practical knowledge and skills inimplementing evidence-based best practices. Series are comprised of 6-18sessions designed to help primary care providers better manage common,complex chronic conditions. ECHO-Chicago\'s series portfolio has spanned35 content areas, including adolescent health, behavioral healthintegration, childhood adversity and trauma, complex diabetes, COVID-19,geriatrics, hepatitis C, opioid use disorder, pediatric ADHD, resistanthypertension, serious mental illness and women\'s health. ECHO-Chicagois based in the Department of Pediatrics and works to address issues ofhealthcare access in adults and children living in underservedcommunities.
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for promoting theECHO-Chicago vision and supporting implementation of ECHO-Chicagotraining. This includes working with faculty to develop seriesmaterials, disseminating information about series, and managingday-to-day operations for 3-4 ECHO series per year. The PC will alsoapply relevant experience and skills to contribute to development ofgrant proposals, preparation of presentations and manuscripts, creationof communication materials, and evaluation of the program.
This at-will position is wholly or partially funded by contractual grantfunding which is renewed under provisions set by the grantor of thecontract. Employment will be contingent upon the continued receipt ofthese grant funds and satisfactory job performance.
Responsibilities
Manage operations for 3-4 ECHO series per year, including serving asa liaison between subject matter experts and the ECHO-Chicagoprogram team, working with series participants to maximize programengagement, and tracking key series implementation tasks to ensurecompletion within established timelines.Work with the team to promote the program through a variety ofchannels including social media, blogs, and podcasts to increaseprogram visibility and participant engagement.Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts for the programincluding working with other team members to develop marketingmaterials like monthly electronic newsletter, series brochure,annual report and flyers. Additionally, assist with exploringpotential of new partnerships with community health centers toenhance participation in ECHO-Chicago series. Some limited travel tocommunity sites for in-person meetings may be needed.Assist with evaluation and quality improvement for the programincluding tracking key process measures.Uses moderate/solid understanding and experience to administer thedelivery of services to program participants and/or beneficiaries.Has moderate levels of interactions with faculty, researchers andstaff for committee work or information.Performs other related work as needed.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or advanced degree.Experience:
2 years of experience in project coordination, planning, and/ormanagement.Experience in the health or human service field, working with amulti-disciplinary team and developing relationships with communitypartners.Demonstrated experience in developing marketing materials,preferably using Microsoft Publisher or Canva.Experience with web-based data management tools (e.g. REDCap, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, etc.).Preferred Competencies

Candidate must be flexible, comfortable with uncertainty, and able toeffectively set own priorities and juggle several complex tasks at once.
