　　Supports the execution of strategic real estate capital projects, including leased and owned facilities within Vanguard's real estate portfolio.

　　Provides status updates, creates reports, and presents as needed across service lines

　　Collaborates with other functional groups within the organization to ensure successful completion of projects.

　　Assists in the oversight of the full life cycle of capital projects while implementing established standards and guidelines.

　　Participates in a variety of meetings and initiatives to support project planning and execution.

　　Regularly updates project schedules, budgets, risks, and other factors utilizing project management software.
