　　Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Field Operations Associate with a passion for leading teams and learning more about the construction and elevator business.

　　Essential Responsibilities

　　Assist supervisors with directing, supervising and leading the performance of the field operations team as required

　　Assist with ordering parts as applicable

　　Coordinate various reports for compliance, data analytics and project management

　　Develop an understanding of and assist in maintaining our safety program

　　Support scheduling & route control for local field operations

　　Perform site field visits when required

　　Assist with various warehouse and office duties and meeting tasks as required and assigned by management

　　Education / Certifications

　　A University Degree in Engineering, or related technical program, is requiredBasic Qualifications

　　Previous team lead or supervisory experience is considered an asset

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

　　A valid driver’s license and a car are necessary
