Their Marketing department is currently seeking a long term temporary candidate, with potential to remain permanent end of 2024, to help with supporting their leadership and multi-departmental teams. This person will be helping with project schedules, meetings, events and more – and must be detailed and organized. *
This would be a great opportunity for someone with an Executive Assistant background, who wants to grow their career to the next level. Or possibly someone with Office Assistant experience with strong leadership and/or banking experience. The manager is very supportive, can train and needs someone who wants to remain long term on this amazing team!
Job Description
Employee Engagement
· Partner with key stakeholders on the development and execution of
innovative employee engagement programs that inspire and energize
our people, including but not limited to DEI initiatives, Employee
Resource Groups, employee recognition, and award programs,
continuous listening, and well-being.
· Create, plan, and implement quarterly town halls, employee
engagement activities and community outreach for multiple offices in
the US, including remote workers.
· Assist with the planning and operations for learning/development/talent
programs, as needed.
· Oversee end-to-end coordination tasks for events including purchasing,
expense reports, event invites, food ordering, etc.
· Manage strategic initiatives resulting from leadership requests,
employee survey action plans and annual planning.
Internal Communications
· Provide communications expertise and manage deliverables to a
variety of internal functions including, but not limited to senior
leadership, Human Resources, Technology, Strategic Initiatives Project
Manager’s, and other centralized groups.
· Partner with internal resources to develop, implement, and maintain
Marketing and Customer Experience team
communications channels. Plan, manage, and execute internal
communications utilizing various communications methods including
Outlook, SharePoint, digital messaging, social media, video, written,
etc. Stays current on the latest delivery options and trends.
· Participate in updating company intranet to increase ease of use and
engagement. Maintains and manages the strategy and vision for the
intranet. Continually explore new ways to increase engagement and
improve the intranet platform as a primary communication tool.
Administrative Duties
· Responsible for the coordination of the "office". This coordination may
include logistics associated with meeting rooms, mail, supplies, facilities
and follow through for new hires or other colleague support issues.
Candidates are expected to maintain a hybrid work schedule with four
in office days required.
· Ensures department documents conform to established guidelines
pertaining to format, English grammar and style.
· Collaborates with senior leadership to draft, edit, and publish company
messaging that is consistent with internal strategy and tone.
Project Management
Completes special projects as assigned. Special projects may be
temporary, repetitive or one-time and secular but may be a future
career path within department, based on interest and investment
Risk and Compliance Management
Proactively manages department risks and ensures adherence to all
government, corporate and department standards and policies
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
Financial Services background, preferred
Workfront system experience, preferred
Organized and task detailed
Multi-tasking and strong prioritization skills
