JOB TITLE: Implementation Technical Consultant
DEPARTMENT: Implementation
LOCATION: ADP Italy
REPORTS TO: Implementation Manager
JOB PURPOSE : Working in a Project Management business context to implement new business to meet both client and company requirements in an agreed and timely manner. To configure the system according to analysis sheet approved by the client and to verify client requirement compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
To ensure delivery of excellent service:
Coordinate and report to project manager and His/her Manager the activities of his/her responsibility and possible criticality
Works with third party resources where appropriate.
Lead the Implementation and documentation (completing with technical documentation) of the profile and credential for each new starts
Work with ICT Team to check of infrastructure conformity to the customer's specifications
Test and set possible interfaces required by the customers according to the analysis unless different agreement (eg accounting) defined in the project plan
Configure and whenever require customize customer reports.
Interfacing with other team area for supporting data migration and data recovery
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ADP One Services and HR processes (including the implementation methodology and related set of supporting tools/materials) providing input to the R&D Teams
KEY DUTIES/TASKS :
Support the team in Process improvement.
Delivering Process improvement to drive operations effectiveness and efficiency
Leading and working with other departments on cross-functional improvement projects
Provides progress reports to Project Manager and his/her Manager as required
Communicates critical issues and risks to Project Manager and his/her Manager .
Performs other duties as required.
Tracks time spent by client and tasks undertaken.
Take part in continuous improvement process as and when required
Supports other Implementation teams as and when required
SUPERVISORY/RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reports to Implementation Manager with no supervisory responsibility
Will be expected to work under own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from manager.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Knowing of interfacing / integration between application modules and systems customer
Knowing of data migration technical tools.
Knowing of reporting tools and techniques (SQL, Relational Database (RDBMS)
Knowing Programming techniques and tools (Java, Javascript, shell script, etc ...)
Process and quality improvement
Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
3+ years working in a payroll and/or personnel consulting and/or IT Project role
Diploma (or similar qualification). Degree would be an advantage.
English (spoken and written) is mandatory
