　　Responsibilities

　　Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

　　Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations

　　Calling out to customers and requesting information and documenting findings

　　Conducting research online for information

　　Taking meeting minutes and keeping records of tasks and progress

　　Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

　　Providing key partners with project information

　　Requirements

　　Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

　　Knowledge of database and file management

　　1+ years of business/office experience at minimum

　　Strong familiarity with research

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Data entry and customer service experience preferred

　　Foundational knowledge in Quality Assurance

　　Well-founded grasp of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
