Description We are seeking a Project Assistant for our operations located in Alliance, Ohio. This role involves providing customer service, managing timelines, and organizing files while working in a dynamic environment. The Project Assistant will also be expected to perform data entry tasks and use Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner

• Assist customers interested in signing up for rewards

• Manage timelines to ensure project tasks are completed on time

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform various administrative tasks

• Organize files and documents to ensure easy accessibility and efficiency

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate shipping functions as required

• Scan documents and maintain digital files. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in data entry and managing timelines for various projects

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and team members

• Ability to organize and manage files effectively and efficiently

• Proficient in scanning and shipping functions, ensuring all documents and packages are properly handled

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a project assistant role or similar is desirable

• High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
