Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Project and Renovation Manager to provide planning and execution support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

You will manage the overall operational aspects of specific projects within the USINDOPACOM Operations Directorate, delivering projects safely, on-time, within budget, and the to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the government client and advise on matters affecting project success, schedule, cost impacts and the development of project recovery plans.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop project scope, execution strategies, schedules, resource requirements, estimates, costs to complete, risks and opportunity management, contingency planning, monitoring and control.
Coordinate, Organize, and Monitor project progress and reporting on site progress to project team and the Client Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Develop and administer oral presentation briefs on project progress and reporting on site progress to project team and the Client.
Manage and implement application of best practice in managing complex programs in a bespoke, classified environment.
Ensure project follows design specifications, is completed on schedule, adheres to budget, meets accounting requirements, and is built to quality standards.
Identify potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyzes the issues using all appropriate resources, develops alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
Present data in intuitive and meaningful forms and then communicate and defend analytic work and results in technical and non-technical terms at all levels of interest, from peers to senior officers and officials
Minimum Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in project supervision or demonstrated equivalent
Expertise in matters pertaining to Department of Defense (DOD) physical Collateral/Genser security regulations and policies
Expertise in matters pertaining to DOD and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) physical SCIF security regulations and policies
Previous experience of managing high value projects
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have an active Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Comprehensive knowledge of pertinent Information Technology (IT) security regulations and guidelines (i.e. classified document control, security, requesting office supplies/equipment, etc.). This includes a thorough knowledge of DOD regulations IT physical security and IT information security procedures and guidelines
Work Environment / Physical Demands:
Work requires physical exertion and physical demands, such as recurring bending, stair climbing, stooping, stretching, reaching and lifting of moderately heavy items such as computers, IT equipment boxes, processing units and monitors, cabinets, desks, and/or tables, using a dolly to move large peripherals and boxes
Physicality required crawling under desks and workspaces to inventory area and assessing IT peripherals and/or ports
Work typically performed in an office setting, adequately lighted and ventilated/climate controlled environment
Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions
Required to perform tasks under time sensitive conditions
The salary range for this position is $120K to $145K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
