　　What Does a CDL Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?In this role, you will operate a commercial motor vehicle and play a crucialrole in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our beverages tocustomers

　　Responsibilities:Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transportbeverages to designated retail locations. Follow predetermined delivery routesand schedules, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries while adapting tovarious traffic and weather conditions. Adhere to all traffic laws, safetyregulations, and company policies to ensure the well-being of yourself,other road users, and the cargoSafely load and unload beverage products utilizing proper handling techniquesto prevent damage or breakage. May stock beverage products and maintain backrooms/back stock areas as requested by the store or management. Pick up andreturn pallets, shells and assigned product at each delivery locationConduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identifyand report any maintenance or safety issuesUtilize electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries,track inventory, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with logisticsteam to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies.Communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatchers to provide updates ondelivery progress, delays, or issuesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, bothinternally and externallyInteract professionally with store personnel and establish positiverelationships with store managers and staffMaintain valid CDL-A licenseComplete all assigned trainingAttend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and eventsRequirements:High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate requiredCDL-A License requiredMust be at least 21 years of ageDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business;flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demandsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavybeverage cases repeatedly throughout the day

　　Base pay range is $31.50 plus bonus structure(dependent on role). Payoffered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevantexperience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
