Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Accountant in Santa Clara, California. We operate in the industry of project accounting, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain and manage financial information

• Handling financial services using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Employing Costpoint and Deltek for efficient project accounting

• Utilizing Deltek Vision for superior project and business management

• Leveraging the About Time software for effective time tracking and management

• Managing various accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations

• Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and ensuring all payments are made on time

• Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensuring all payments are received promptly

• Conducting regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for this role.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Experience with Costpoint will be highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of Deltek is essential.

• Candidates must be well-versed in Deltek Vision.

• Proficiency in About Time software is desirable.

• A solid understanding of Accounting Functions is needed.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is a must.

• Candidates must have a background in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Previous experience in Auditing is a significant plus.
