　　Job Description:

　　We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our projects by analyzing costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred. This role will require expertise in Deltek Vision software as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.

　　Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and budget.

　　Record project costs and reconcile discrepancies.

　　Oversee all billings, including direct costs, overhead charge, and profit.

　　Monthly client invoicing and revenue recognition monitoring.

　　Prepare and analyze project budget and profitability reports.

　　Assist in new project setup, including contract analysis and budget setup.

　　Interface with project managers to provide financial insight on projects' statuses.

　　Ensure project legal documents are completed and signed.

　　Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal and state regulations.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

　　Strong proficiency in Deltek Vision software.

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction or engineering Industry.

　　Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

　　Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently or in a team.

　　Superior attention to detail with the capability to produce accurate and precise work.

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

　　Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze data.

　　Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

　　Requirements - BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

　　Accounting close process experience desired

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Current and relevant ERP system experience

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized
