Description Robert Half is searching for a Programmer Analyst with a passion for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives and with knowledge about software and applications programming and industry requirements. Using research and fact-finding, you will recommend developments and modifications for applications or databases. 　　Reviews user requests for changes or improvements to systems. Records functional requirements and analyzes cost, feasibility and utility. Makes suggestions regarding how, when and whether to make the changes

　　Provides guidance for internal clients on applications, systems and/or processes for identifying and resolving, processing/reporting problems with programming. Consultation can include troubleshooting and/or education

　　Analyzes and documents issues. Works with other programmers to correct code problems

　　Assists in the developing communication content for specific system changes being implemented in production

　　Analyzes processing procedures. Develops recommendations for improvements

　　Provides continuing support for end users and other partner groups through continuing training and assistance for a specific application, system or process

　　Create and evaluate programming changes for each systems development phase prior to implementation. Log test cases and expected results. Verify that results meet requirements. May plan basic tests or a defined subset of larger tests. May suggest acceptance/rejection when requirements are not met

　　Builds and maintains dictionaries for applications and systems support by the analyst Requirements - Previous experience as a project leader for the business portion of developmental applications or major systems improvements

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Demonstrated grasp of programming languages

　　General familiarity with SQL

　　Documentation experience

　　Design experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Conformance

　　Data Integration experience highly desired

　　Strong familiarity with Debug Application

　　Modeling Techniques experience highly valued

　　Regulatory reporting experience desired

　　Expertise in Translate

　　Background working with configuration management

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Communication Skills

　　Database experience

　　Good understanding of Tableau

　　Earlier work involving Deliverable

　　Hands-on experience with A Plus

　　Experience with Power BI

　　Specification experience highly preferred

　　Adeptness in Workstation Support

　　Experience with finance

　　Previous experience working with XML Technologies

　　Analytics experience preferred

　　Prior experience with Accounting Principles

　　Practical knowledge of Oracle

　　Comprehension of Data Management

　　Visualization experience preferred

　　General knowledge of mainframe hardware/software and PC operations required
