As a Production Development Technician, you will beresponsible for supporting production process definition to ensureoptimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products.Yourresponsibilities Production Process: Participates in the sequencedefinition, cycle time calculation and analysis of the working phases ofproduction processes/products. Shares cycle time data with internalteams Ensure torque verification and calibration of equipment.Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevantproduction teams and other support activities during theinternal/external process and equipment start up Plan and coordinate thepreventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery,mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment while utilizing theFIIX (PM Program) Production Documentation: Prepares work instructionsregarding the production process and related methods OperationsImprovement: Together with the Production Manager and ProductionSupervisor, identifies, recommends and implements immediate RAIL (RapidAction Improvement List)...
