We value candidates that are independent operators, have strong written communication skills, and a desire to solve complex problems by deploying quantitative and qualitative research.Key job responsibilities* Work closely with Product Managers, Growth Consultants and BIEs to design and implement solutions to grow Sellers at scale.* Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities cross-org.* Lead the creation of Seller-facing content, measure and track impact on core product KPI's.* Streamline/automate manual processes and increase team's core output efficiency.* Dive deep into data to find patterns for the problems that Sellers face that impact their growth.* Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USA- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Baseline understanding of SQL- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Experience in leading large, cross functional projects- Experience in Pardot, Salesforce and/or similar mass-mailand CRM toolsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
