As a Project\Program Manager (PM) at JPMorgan Chase, within Consumer Community Banking, Banking and Wealth Management, you will be deeply involved in many aspects of the modernization of Chase's Digital middleware. This is a fast paced environment with exciting opportunities. You will be collaborating with product teams, developers, architects, solutions engineers, and management to ensure that a diverse group of projects are executed. Candidates should be well versed in agile practices and cloud technology, should be able to communicate and presently clearly and persuasively, and should be able to process and manipulate data sets to influence decision making.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Understands global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
Collaborates with high-performing teams in complex program execution
Works with cross-functional teams to drive the same goal, preparing, and presenting PowerPoint decks to large groups, escalating issues, and managing data sets.
Experience with Cloud Technology
Understands Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
Creates and and maintains relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
Ability to manage and drive technical stakeholder conversations.
Proficiency in leveraging and manipulating data to summarize a status and to influence decisions.
