Provides supervision of direct care staff within AWARE Youth Group Homes. Provides direct communications between shifts to ensure consistency of programming. Evaluates employee performance; develops remedial plans to address employee problems and makes disciplinary recommendations to the Program Director.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
