About Program Manager, Escalation Management

  Required Skills:

  Program Manager, Escalation Management Responsibilities:

  Review, investigate, and process reported escalations across the Meta/Instagram product suite and respond to sensitive global partners inquiries, such as incoming reports of alleged blocked accounts, policy enforcements, legal rights infringement, and escalated user

  Proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and drive our most sensitive and complex issues to resolution, and communicate to cross-functional partners involved throughout the entire process

  Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data and escalation trends to develop improvements to the overall escalation process and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements

  Deal with high pressure escalation, grey areas, and collaborating with crossfunctional experts to resolve issues swiftly

  Coordinate with global cross-functional teams including public policy, legal, sales, product, global operations, and others to problem solve and develop solutions

  Remain up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates, and enforcement standards

  Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes

  Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to, graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material as needed

  Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, policy and product teams within Meta

  Salary: $120,540.00 to $151,000.00 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.   Minimum Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:

  Build roadmap and lead go-to-market strategy to scale global advertising solutions across EMEA and APAC while providing best-in-class support to our communities

  Establish Global Markets Branding and Communication Strategy

  Provide monthly digital skills training and personal consultation to charities and nonprofits

  Drive the organization, planning and delivery of internal events

  Develop new partner communication strategies across EMEA and APAC

  Drive and develop new market-level learnings

  Incubate and integrate global Paid and Commerce solutions for Global Markets across EMEA and APAC

  Establish and develop new Branding and Communication Guidelines for Global Risk Operations
