　　Be called to live out the mission and values of Accord - help people to live their greatest lives and listen, learn, and lead in your role.

　　Supervise a team of direct support professionals. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles.

　　Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements for the program and alignment with agency policies and practices for person-centered care.

　　Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems.

　　Ensure excellence and the delivery of high quality services.

　　Build and maintain relationships with community partners including case managers and others.

　　Be forward thinking; identify, propose, and carry out activities to grow the program.

　　Be an excellent communicator.

　　Advocate for and ensure excellence and quality services.

　　Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible.

　　Requirements

　　A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

　　Three (3) years of supervisory/people mangaement experience.

　　Excellent organization and planning skills.

　　Knowledge of human services, preferably working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
