　　This position is part of the Program Management team and will either be hybrid (on-site at least 3 days a week) or fully remote, depending on your proximity to the office (living within 30mi will be hybrid). You will be a part of the Program Management Team and report to the Senior Director, Project & Program Management responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic, long-term partnerships with select key Clients by ensuring continued successful execution to meet their research through commercial needs. This individual collaborates closely with the Key Account Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for management of already established contracts and project/program execution.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Oversee all programs and initiatives within established accounts to drive sustained, successful product and service delivery that fosters trust and collaboration

　　Lead and manage Client governance including virtual and on-site (Client or Aldevron) meetings to articulate portfolio performance, partnership status, and improvement initiatives to all levels of associates and leaders

　　Develop and maintain Aldevron and mutually agreed metrics that demonstrate portfolio performance and client satisfaction

　　Identify opportunities for, contribute to, and lead process improvement initiatives that address gaps in performance and enable expansion of the portfolio

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　B.S. or B.A. in life sciences degree required, advanced degree in life sciences or business required.

　　5+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager within the life sciences required.

　　Experience managing projects and contracts in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO required.

　　Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred

　　The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

　　This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
